Joon's word stumped me, I just couldn't come up with anymore words!
I found Mike's after 20 guesses. I had the same issue as Elaine: error, each, eon, elite, egregious, education, ecclesiastical, ebb, eager, easy... Lol the same pattern continued with the third letter.
This was one of those times where luck was involved to a huge extent; when I realized Joon's was almost certainly an im- word, I figured I was facing at least fifteen more guesses and most likely giving up. When my first im- guess was "the word," I was more than shocked. Days like this compensate for the im-possible ones and make it so much fun....

For Joon's word, I had iamb/impugn on my fifth guess and it took me 8 more guesses to work my way back to the right edge of that interval.
